1. No Refund Once Production is Started:

Once you place an order and production has begun, we are unable to issue a refund. This includes any personalized or customized products that have already entered the production process. It is essential to review your order and confirm all details before submitting it to avoid any disappointment.

2. No Refund for Blurry Files:

We understand that sometimes you might upload a file that appears unclear or blurred. Hence, we urge our customers to double-check and ensure that the uploaded file is of high resolution and suitable for printing. Once a blurry file has been printed, we are unable to issue a refund. We encourage you to verify the file’s quality before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.

3. No Refunds for Returns:

As a print-on-demand business, we create custom products specifically for each individual order. Due to their personalized nature, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been correctly printed and delivered. We advise all customers to review their orders for accuracy, including the chosen design, size, color, and other customization options, before completing the purchase.

Exceptions:

While we adhere to these refund policies, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as a mistake on our part, a damaged item during delivery, or a fulfillment error, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your package. We will evaluate each case individually and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include an exchange, or reprint.
